Outstanding Service Once Again!!
I would like to thank Karabo Malefetsane for her outstanding service once again. Being a OnePlan member for the past couple of years, I can honestly say that they are the most helpful team and always attend to our enquiries immediately. They explain things clearly so we always know where we stand, and so far the benefits have been fantastic. Thanks again Karabo - you always make it so easy for us to deal with you. Definitely recommended as a strong alternative to ghastly overpriced medical aids.
