What a wonderful experience with Oneplan pet insurance. We have only been with Oneplan for probably less than a year since we adopted our cat. He had an emergency injury, and it cost us thousands. Generally, one is nervous because you never know what insurance companies might throw at you to avoid a refund. Not Oneplan. We submitted all the required documents to process the claim and they helped us every step of the way. We received our refund quicker than expected.
