Outstanding Service from Denzil Govender

Would just like to give my Huge Thanks to Denzil Govender for his outstanding customer service, his excellent knowledge and his compassionate follow up afterwards. It was my first time being admitted into hospital with OnePlan and at first it was quite daunting but then when Denzil helped me, I felt such relief. He explained the process from A to Z in an understandable manner and in great detail that I hardly had to ask questions afterwards. He stuck to his word when he said he would call or email me back. He made me trust and feel secure in OnePlan. He helped to ensure all the necessary documentation was complete so that I would have no problems when arriving at the hospital, which was the case. The most surprising part was when Denzil took the time to give me a follow up call after my surgery. It was unexpected but made me feel that OnePlan does really care about their clients. Thank You once again Denzil Govender. You are the Best!!! @OnePlan - he really deserves an award for his great service and I truly hope others learn from him.
