I queried why my claims were not being approved. In a few hours she told me why. I didnot have to call her she called me everytime to keep me updated. Then i had a claim to process and she attended to it by informing me of options and how to load money onto the One Card. Then she ran thru the process. Everytime she called me and asked if i managed to get thiongs done.
