Outstanding Service
Just a compliment to Renee ***ley at the service center. I needed to make a payment to OnePlan and Renee sent the details immediately for me. What floored me, however, is that after I sent the proof of payment, she emailed me to thank me. It's a small thing, but it really made my day. I've never had a service consultant confirm that they received proof of payment without asking me before :) I've been with OnePlan for ten years now and they still manage to surprise me by raising the service levels.
