Outstanding Service.
The sad truth is that there are very few instances where one can truly applaud outstanding service and going the extra mile. I was fortunate to get through to Lorraine Mmopelwa (Customer Care Consultant) at OnePlan call center. There had been endless calls to the call center over a 4 week period to arrange deliver of my expired Medical insurance card. Lorraine contacted the courier company and made special arrangements for me to collect my card. All this happened within an hour after our conversation. Thank you Lorraine. Keep up the awesome service.
