Outstanding service

Absolutely OUTSTANDING Pet insurance. One plan have been so incredible during a very traumatic experience and I can personally recommend them for being the best Pet insurance that money can offer.

My name is Charlie (The Beagle) and my human mom and I were attacked by two pitbulls when I was on my daily walk.I contacted OnePlan to inform them of what happened to me and they immediately transferred money into my account for admission costs for the Vet. I was in a very bad state and needed medical attention.

The next morning a representative from OnePlan called me. She was very concerned, compassionate and wanted to know how I was doing. She explained what was needed from the Vet and to make sure I get all the medical assistance needed to recover.

When my Vet bills arrived, OnePlan paid out immediately and all we needed to concentrate on was the slow road to recovery.

OnePlan showed concern, compassion for animals, were professional and so eager to assist me.
