OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Called one plan on 21/6/19 and was helped by Letticia Dichaba . I had been calling since 20/6/19, concerned about a dentist claim that I had sent through on 19/6/19 for and had no feedback that it was processed. I had to be back at the dentist on the 22/6/19 for extraction and if the claim is not resolved I would not be able to load any funds. Letticia was very professional in her attitude and promised to get back to me regarding what the delay was about. She called me back within five minutes to say that the claim was approved and I could go ahead and load the next claim. I have been dealing with One plan Since 2011 and the calibre of people that I dealt with in the past does not come close to the service that I had received from Letticia and previously from Thaneshrie Kanor . There are some staff in your organization that need to take a page from the book of these two people and maybe you would not get so many adverse comments in future about one plan.
