I had the pleasure of dealing with Gershwin Lewis of One Plan for my pet insurance. His service was outstanding on so many levels. Firstly, he took genuine interest in my pets, he explained the plan options clearly and the main differences between them so i could make an informed decision. He did such a good job that it was easy for me to make the decision to sign up straight away via the link he sent once i confirmed which policy would suit my budget. He then helped me complete the process so it was super fast. His service is just so amazing, a real GEM! I wished all my interactions could be like this with people like Gershwin.
