Outstanding kindness and professionalism

My review is regarding Oneplan Pet Insurance and in our opinion, the 2 kindest and most helpful employee's that we had the opportunity to have assisting us. Kelly is a part of customer service and Heather at Pre Authorisations. Our fur baby had the misfortune of being mistreated by a certain veterinary clinic and due to a botched anaesthetic, she nearly died. We rushed her to Fourways Veterinary Hospital where Dr Estee Van Zyl and her team took over the case. They informed us that this was going to be a long and expensive road and not guaranteed that our little Peanut would make it. Obviously, because of the nature of the case, we were required to put down a large deposit before Peanut could be attended to as she required ICU admission and treatment. We didn't have that cash.. not many people do these days. We called Oneplan and within minutes everything was sorted. They had a guarantee of payment in full for any treatment and or procedures that would need to be done and not only that but Kelly and Heather kept in contact with us just to find out how Peanut was and how WE were. Peanut was in ICU for 2 weeks and the support we recieved from Oneplan was absolutely outstanding. A year down the line and our little miracle is still with us and almost back to normal. Oneplan is in our opinion the BEST medical insurance you could get for your pets. When it comes to an emergency, they will go 110% out of their way to make sure that your pet and even you are ok with as little stress on your shoulders as possible. SO.... Thank you ONEPLAN for helping to save our babies life. Thank you to Kelly and Heather for your kindness and genuine care and help that you gave us. May you forever be blessed for all that you do. 🙏🏻 💖
