Outstanding insurance and customer support - Kim Street bless your soul!

Oneplan pet insurance has been incredible for our family and in my opinion the best pet insurance on the market. They were amazing when our first cat was diagnosed with cancer and everything was covered and paid for by Oneplan until his passing. Unfortunately another cat of ours was diagnosed with cancer and had to have major surgery for amputation of her leg. Once again the customer service has been incredible and everything covered and paid for so far. But more importantly Kim Street who was assigned to and kept on our case for the duration has been a breath of fresh air and helped us get through a difficult time, such an incredible human being that must be an angel! Thank you Kim for all your support, answering the same questions a million times, taking care of everything, handling the payments with the vet and taking the admin off my hands so I could focus on my cats recovery! Your are amazing! Thank you Oneplan for providing the service, plans, customer support and hiring incredible people like Kim.
