Never have I come across someone who takes pride in his Job the way he did. He was patient with me and answered all my questions without hesitation. He went the extra mile by ensuring that I dot down every detail he was sharing with me and even called me confirming he had sent me the email I was waiting for. Need I say, this was not my first call enquirying about this issue but after we finished speaking on the phone, I felt satisfied and confidant that I had received all the information I have been needing and more.

Talk about First call Resolution, he should teach most of his colleagues how this is done and with a smile all the way.

Whoever his manager is, please give Brave a raise and promotion, he is indeed a keeper in your company. Take care of him so he can take care of you.
