Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding customer service experience with OnePlan. Kanego helped me step by step and fully explain all the questions I had regarding my pets insurance claims. He even asked how my dog was doing as she needed Pre-authorization for surgery. Thank You OnePlan and Kanego for the pleasant experience. My dog is in Good hands :)
