My Boerboel had to have massive knee surgery and OnePlan covered it all. The authorisation went quickly and all follow up was quick and simple. The best part? The team asking how my dog is doing and wanting pics of her recovery. Yes, probably to certify that she did in face have surgery, but still, very sweet. Johan Geldenhuys was a lovely agent to deal with.
