Oneplan pet insurance handled the admin and payment of all vet bills related to the illness and subsequent passing of my fur baby with care and sensitivity. Will always recommend Oneplan, as they are the most efficient and caring insurance company on the market. Outstanding service provided by Duncan and his colleagues.
