Our Maddie swallowed a bass fishing hook, and was rushed into hospital
Our Maddie swallowed a bass fishing hook, and was rushed into hospital. We were in such shock, we didn't even know how to get the pre-authorisation done. From start to finish, everyone at One Plan was absolutely awesome, comforting me from the get go. The fist call I made, I was sobbing, poor Teboho couldn't even hear what I was saying but he was comforting and helping me all the way. The hook was removed and Maddie was kept in hospital for observation, we got the approval done, after hours. Maddie is recovering at home and the funds have been paid from Onr Plan, within 48 hours. Kopano was helping via the Whatsapp line, sorting the payments out. We are so thankful to One Plan and all their amazing staff for helping us. Monique
