OnePlan's Outstanding Employee
I am convinced that Khanyisile Ndlela is the only person at OnePlan willing to go the extra mile for a customer. After being a massive supporter of OnePlan for a significant amount of time, I had been disappointed by the service provided by OnePlan and wanted to cancel all policies with them for my pet insurance.
After communicating with Khanyi and after all her effort, I had decided to downgrade my plan and remain with OnePlan. Whereafter my grievances had been settled.
