Firstly the premiums are substantially cheaper than Medical Aid, yet the benefits are quite good. She is always willing to help and her responses are quick and accurate. She is very professional and never fails to supply us with the correct information. She is always friendly and helpfull even though some of the queries were not directly related to her field of expertise or resposibility.
