OnePlans customer service is incredible! They respond to your queries extremely quickly, and go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with everything regarding your policy. A special thank you to Kirsty Barlow and Karabo Malefetsane for their service tonight! They helped me out with several queries at 9pm in the evening! They were super friendly and courteous and resolved all my issued within a couple minutes! Thanks guys!! And thank you OnePlan!
