OnePlan - worst service in the world!
I think you (the agent - Mr Niewenhuizen) and your company, OnePlan, really has the worst service in the world! I keep on phoning, and every time I am being cut off. I then ask to be called back, which never happens. I submitted a claim on 4 September, and it is now a week after that date. I think I must now contact HelloPeter, as well as other social media platforms. BR Hill
