oneplan wont even cover x-rays

- One plan did not send me terms and conditions upon joining them - Their website does not work - Their app does not work - Everyone all over the net is complaining about them even on the comments on their facebook adds - They would not cover the x-rays for my 9-month-old Labrador who was just diagnosed with hip dysplasia. - They did not pay upfront

what is the point of having pet insurance if they won't cover common things? Now he needs surgery and I'm *****ed because I don't have money for surgery. Thanks for nothing oneplan.
