Oneplan wont cover pregnancy as per your plan

DONT trust Oneplan with your health. Am pregnant and they are find reasons not to cover my hospital confinement for delivery as per my Elite plan. I am honestly disgusted by Oneplan. <br> We have been members since november 2013. We have upgraded our plan. u've confirmed that the new cover is effective 1st of March as i've already served more than a year waiting period except for the cover that i didn't have which is the specialist cover that i will still need to serve a waiting period but for natural delivery, emergency c section/hospital cover or any other cover, is effective within 1 month notice. I have given you the notice on time.<br> I have phoned numerous times and it was explained to me that my cover will be effective within one month notice i gave notice you also took the new premium amount from our account R1758 and yet when i requested for an authorisation No the cover limit you are imposing is not R85k as per our Elite plan but only R30k. <br> We've been with you for years never missed a payment and were planning on staying and even adding our child but the first hospital stay our family needs u can't even provide a decent cover to \Elite"members?
