ONEPLAN - Winners in their field - TRULY AWESOME SERVICE

I am astound by the great service i got from my new Health insurer Oneplan. My son had a rugby accident and needed stitches to pull his eyelid back in place. I was nervous as i had only belonged to my plan for 2 months. I called them in a panic and they told me go to the hospital. Got there and called them again. Within 2 minutes they transferred money to my card and i could get the best help for my child. Then this morning Cynthia called to find out how my experience was with them and i could not stop saying THANK YOU THANK YOU for GREAT AWESOME service...these are people i can trust.. a rear thing in today's life. Cynthia thank you for your friendliness and help with the outstanding account. Please keep doing what you do. I am so glad i picked up the phone that day and made the decision to call your company.
