Oneplan will be Goneplan come '25
Firstly they took your sweet time processing claims I had sent, then they went silent. I called and was told the claim will be escalated and it will still be done. Being Friday, nothing happened and I heard from no one. My account is empty, its Boxing Day and I was counting on that +_2300. In the New Year I WILL be shopping around for someone less disappointing and utterly useless than Oneplan. Thanks for a totally **** christmas Boxing day.

28 Dec 2024, 07:26You called. Spoke many words with NO meaning. Where is ny money. Its supposed to take 3 - 7 days. Now you uselesses come with a 7 - 14 days. Well, tonight your debit order will bounce because YOU are sitting on my money sent me a PoP but Standard Bank says theres no trace of such payments. I am searching for a new insurer for our pets today. May you crash in 2025.
