Oneplan Whatsapp more like What'sWrong!
I am forever disappointed with Oneplans Whatsapp team. Simple instruction and requests are never met. Thus extending their service TAT for a mere refund. Dealing with CX on a social media platform requires one to be extra diligent and pay attention to detail at all times.
