OnePlan Website Chat feature -Simply Wonderful!

Had trouble with the OnePlan App and went online to the website. To my surprise there was a website chat feature. I posted my issue and spoke to a very friendly One Plan customer care consultant, Mapaseka Dinake, who gave me immediate feedback on technical issues with the App, which set me at ease.

This quick chat feature is simply amazing, and very friendly and helpful responses!
