Oneplan Vehicle Insurance ****!!!
I was in involved in a accident on the 1st April 2022. I was hit at the back and I ended up hitting a car in front of me (multiple vehicle accident), last week Thursday, 21 April, I got a call from Thabo from claims department advising my claim has been finalised and the car has been written off and I will be paid a settlement which we was to be calculated.
On Friday, 22 April, I got an email advising my claim has been rejected...your reasons are beyond my control as the were a protest at the traffic department. Even today no reponse, no update, no nothing!
This shows that you don't know what the hell you are doing
