Oneplan useless as pet is mysteriously paralysed
<p>My pet is in hospital with his back legs paralysed. After hours and R250 of airtime trying to get hold of someone for authorisation the most unsympathic man ever answered my plea. I was told that is in not a cer*****y that the illness will be covered. Apperantly it is a daily occurance for dogs to get paralysed FOR NO APPERANT REASON!!! Here my little pup lies and the ****** insurance I pay for is dragging their feet and I cant get answers or treatment. Useless company. The word will be spread far and wide!!!!</p>
