The assistance the medical insurance provide is absolutely AWESOME. If it is not Rene ***ley going the extra mile to assist you, there is also Simon Mnesini who is so creative by giving you the exact information pertaining to the status of a claim. Even the casualty claim was managed. All these facts gives me so much a joy and pride to be a Oneplan member. When Medical Practitioners do not know the magic of Oneplan Medical Insurance, I can rest assured that I'm on the right track and that the practitioner's account will be settled. Awesomeness!!!
