Oneplan to the rescue!
My furbaby has to undergo a small procedure and the quote for the procedure left me very anxious. I submitted it to Oneplan (luckily all online) and they informed me that the procedure will be covered according to my policy benefits. Jessie had the procedure and I paid the vet and within 24 hours of submitting the invoice I received an email from Eamonne Macfarlane that the claim was approved and my refund has been processed and should reflect in my account soon and the bonus, no excess as I have an Excess Buster. Thank you Eamonne for the excellent service!
