I want to retract ALL my complaints and so have deleted them. OnePlan has made a few mistakes but overall I have been satisfied with their follow up customer care. Nireshnee, thank you for being so helpful and patient with me. Your sweet disposition is a pleasure to behold, truly. Management should be proud of you!! We have OnePlan covering our medical, car and household and looking at taking the pet insurance as well. Thanks guys for taking the time to communicate with me and resolving my complaints.
