Oneplan stepped up to help my dog have her operation
My dog had to have TPLO surgery to repair her cruciate ligament, Oneplan stepped up and covered my claim in full. Thank you to Kim Street from the pre-authorization who went out of her way to help me to get my vet paid directly. I have been with them for 4 years and for me who does not earn a big salary it gives me peace of mind to know my pets have insurance for these unexpected occasions.
