oneplan *****ing from poor

Hello Peter<br> <br> Am very disappointed with oneplan. I took my son for 9months immunisation and paid R100. I told oneplan that they should reimburse me after presenting them with a proof of payment and they tell me i should give them a detailed receipt. What kind of nonsense is that? When it comes to debit orders they debit without any delay. <br> <br> Reimburse my money please. Also i sent another claim of R153 for reimbur*****t but was declined without being told anything.
