ONEPLAN SHOCKING SERVICES

If I could give no stars I would, I have been a loyal client for more than 12 years and every time I claim there's an issue. Sent invoices, there's an issue, resend with stamp, there's an issue. Why if all the details of the medical establishment I used is on the invoice do they need a stamp.... EVERY TIME THERE'S A ISSUE!!! they are actually ridiculous, DON'T RECOMMEND!!! Endless stress when you need the claiming process to be effortless when you are ill!!??

Hi Angie,

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.

As per our telephonic conversation, in order for Optometry claims to be reviewed and finalized, a detailed invoice including eye-readings is required and whenever funds are withdrawn from the Oneplan Claims card, a stamped proof of payment will be required to assess the claim.

Furthermore, funds remain on your Oneplan Claims card for 48 hours from the time they are loaded, and you may swipe or tap the card to make payments.

We have various platforms that one can use to upload the invoices. Invoices can be sent to us via Whatsapp on *** or an email can be sent to *** or invoices can be uploaded via our Oneplan app.

Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients. We do have our client's best interests at heart, and we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and must apply the TCF policy to ensure all our clients receive fair service and cover.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope the above brings clarity on the matter.

Kind Regards,
Oneplan

Best regards,

Thanks for the call, Khutso Seduma was very efficient and understood my frustrations. If it wasn't for his call and the way he handled the situation I would've canceled my policy, so let's see how today's Onepet claim plays out, holding thumbs for a smooth approval!
