ONEPLAN Service by claims consultant and management

I recently lost one of my children during a extraction procedure for baby teeth that had failed to fall out. My wife and I were devastated and after the dust had settled we approached ONEPLAN to finalize the claim. We dealt with a few claims consultants and i need to compliment them for outstanding service, compassion understanding and above all patience. I have to apologize if i leave someone out but the 2 that i have to mention are Sibonginkosi and Thembi, they really did their best to make the process easy and painless. We had to escalate the claim to ONEPLAN due to the Vet refusing to complete certain forms and my second dog Bella had hurt her right knee during play. Mr. Potgieter and his team sorted this out in a few minutes and we could finalize all our issues. We have been with ONEPLAN for several years and I have had only the best service from this company and can recommend them and their staff to any pet owner.
