Oneplan poor service
I phoned three times to enquire about the cover for my daughter after she turned 21. Aparently children are only covered until 21 even though they are students. Oneplan still deducts the premium for the last 9 months. Nobody phones back or the phone is dropped while I hold on. They also cannot assist me as my app is not working!

As per our telephonic conversation, students under the age of 23 will be covered as a dependent on the policy, however proof of registration at a recognised tertiary institution will be required. Once we receive the relevant documentation, we will attach it to your policy.
