Oneplan pet insurance whatsapp SUCK
WOW what great service on your whatsapp lineππππ‘π‘π‘π‘3.5 Hours to respond???????Maybe just remove your whatsapp service! This is the 2nd time in a week that Im trying to use this "service"you offer to your loyal clients! 1 February 2024 your agent took 4.5hours to respond and couldnt even read that a claim must be cancelled NOT MY POLICY!
KEEP IT UP Oneplan Pet Insurance KEEP IT UP!you will definitely loose clients!π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘

We sincerely apologize for any delays you may have experienced and the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us, as we strive to attend to all our queries in a timely manner and we do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our clientβs expectations.

We sincerely apologize for any delays you may have experienced and the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us, as we strive to attend to all our queries in a timely manner and we do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our clientβs expectations.
As per our telephonic conversation kindly note that for day-to-day claims, funds are loaded within 60 seconds onto the Onecard, and the system will pull the funds back if the funds are not utilized within 24 - 48 hours. Clients are still able to load new funds should the funds be reversed due to it not being utilized. This is just a security measure put in place since clients have access to load claim funds on the Onecard at any time.
We will be in contact with you at the requested time to further discuss the matter at hand.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to restore the experience.
