Oneplan Pet Insurance Warning

Before I joined Oneplan I actually spoke to someone who use to work for them and she advised me not to join as they always look for ways not to pay claims and linking claims back to conditions ect

They looked good on paper so I gave them the benefit.....

So maybe it serves me right for not listening to previous employee warnings!!
