OnePlan Pet Insurance - Smooth in Hospital Claim
Kim Street was most helpful and sorted out my Rottweiler with her hospital booking in a flash, Ruby was treated on the day, pre-authorisation was done while i was at the hospital, she was booked in, and was home the next day, the claims were submitted and within 5 days my money was back into my account. thank you to Kim Street from One plan claims for an excellent service and she has just reinforced my faith in Oneplan pet insurance.Thank you again for taking pride in your work and providing excellent customer service, Mzansi needs more people like you
