After writing a good review this morning I want to pull my hair out as nothing I signed up for and was promised was done.
1.Start date was wrong.
2 Debicheck sms never arrived.
3 Pre-existing condition not noted on policy.
4.Excess buster not added.
What a waste of my day, I have emailed, called, sent WhatsApps and used the app to chat and no one person gives me the same explanation. You also wait so long for someone to reply and I don't have all day to wait for a reply to a simple message. I was even told that Standard Bank has issues with the Debicheck system and I must call them to sort out, which I did. According to them nothing is wrong.
If these simple things can't get sorted out I shudder to think if I need to claim.
I was told there is a 7 day cooling off period, I think I will need to make use of it, if this is how a new customer is dealt with.
I was asked to give a review as part of the way to received the oneplan card for free, which I did, but now I regret that decision.
