OnePlan Pet Insurance - REALLY BAD SERVICE

I will NOT recommend anyone to take pet insurance with One Plan Pet Insurance. They are very quick to deduct your money from your account but very slow to assist when you need to claim or sort out issues.

You are not given the correct information when you call the call center and explain your position and after you comply with certain requests from their side, you get told to wait 48 hours when you have told them you need it the same day.

When you want to speak to a manager, they are always busy on another call and you get promised they will phone you back, but they never do.

The only time you get phoned back quickly is when you give your cancellation notice to them. Then they are quick to ask way and they fully make sure that you understand that there will still be one last debit order coming off your account.

And all this "WONDERFUL TREATMENT" from One Plan Pet Insurance while you have 2 pets on their top plan and never once missed a payment. So R735p/m for what???????????????????????????????
