Oneplan pet insurance no good.

I am extremely disappointed in Oneplan pet insurance. If I had the option I would not even give one star. Not once did they miss any debit order, but I am struggling to get my refund back from them for the past two weeks. I've Been misinformed from the beginning. The reason I had to ask for a refund is because their card did not work at the Vet. And to top it all I did not budget to pay the money from my account. So now I have no money till the end of the month. Promises have been made that my money would be payed into my account today, Saturday the 19th of October. And to my devastation my account is empty. So I called again this morning and there are no managers working on a Saturday. Can you believe this? One plan does not care about you or your pets
