Excellent excellent excellent!!!! In all aspects Moses was amazing. He was clear and straight to the point on everything. Afterwards when he asked if i had questions there was no doubt in my mind that I undstood every word he said. Normally when agents call me I get annoyed and irritated cause they blabber on about nothing.....definately not the case with Moses. He knows very well how to inform you about his product. He kept following up with me and remind me so I wont forget. That im very thankful for as I do tend to foget things as any old fosil do. Hehe! Moses you were a true human angel sent especially to assist me. I have no doubt about it. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so direct and clear when explaining the policy. It was a very pleasant experience to change over to OnePlan Pet insurance from my current insurance ive had for 4 years. Regarding the pet insurance. OnePlan is truly amazing in how they set out there different plans and that you can upgrade to a better plan at any stage. What got me to change to OnePlan was the fact that they do have cover for older furbabies not just for puppies. I recently adopted to older fur babies and could not find any one who was prepared to insure them for me. This was troubling me terrible. They like little children and can fall ill in a second or get hurt in a split second. With OnePlan my two old boys were covered immediately giving me peace of mind.
