Oneplan Pet Insurance, Leroy Poole
I received a call within 10 minutes of confirming my interest on the website. Leroy Poole, the consultant on the other end was not only professional but had a joyful approach that was both reassuring and comforting while providing me with all the relevant information I needed and more regarding obtaining pet insurance for my dog. He not only explained the immediate benefits of working with Oneplan but also elaborated on the long-term benefits as he was well versed on the breed of my dog and the potential health challenges he may face as he gets older, or even the case of an accident. I was given the best deal for a great price and I am looking forward to working with Oneplan.
