I recently had the misfortune of having my beloved little dog in ICU for a week, but from the word go, I was assisted by an incredible young lady from Oneplan Pet Insurance, who literally went the extra mile to keep me relaxed and assured all treatment would be covered, giving me the peace of mind I needed whilst being concerned for my pet's health. Jozelle, I think your work ethics and your caring attitude will take you a long way in your career and I can only hope your employers know what a wonderful employee they have in you. As for Oneplan Pet Insurance, I've read both good and bad reviews, which I think any business will get, depending on who their customers are, but I personally cannot recommend you enough, I was very pleased with your customer care and your speedy handling of my claim.
