Oneplan pet insurance is *********
They cut corners. I have the highest possible cover, but when my dog was attacked by another dog, instead of accident cover, they deducted the vet visit as a general checkup. And I only have 2 checkups rer year for each dog. So they will deduct from the fund that gets depleted the quicest rather than taking from the fund it is supposed to come from. *********.

We have tried to make contact with you to assist with the matter but to no avail.
With regards to claim in question, although the incident itself is certainly considered an accident, the claim itself does not qualify for accident cover as there was no admission for treatment or a procedure.
The services rendered on the invoice fall under vet visit cover limit which has been paid to the full amount as per the invoice provided. This is in line with our policy terms and conditions.
