Oneplan Pet Insurance is awful

It is impossible to log your claims. The call center staff are rude and unhelpful. If you happen to finally get your claim loaded, they cannot find it on the system. They will find any excuse not to pay or delay payment. Generally all round frustrating and awful. Do yourself and your blood pressure a favor and insure your furbaby somewhere else!
