OnePlan Pet insurance is a joke! rejecting claims depending on the mood of the assessor? please help me find justice

I am very angry at the service provided from OnePet.

it is utterly ridiculous how what is initially allowed is then next rejected depending on what consultant is reviewing it.

I have had the insurance for one and a half years now because my dog was diagnosed with acute arthritis. When they phoned me, they proposed the product as a medical aid that covered preexisting conditions- however sold as an insurance. the consultant that signed me up explained that after a year his medication will be covered by the 'insurance', so I went on to pay for the premium package for a year, only to be told by the next consultant i spoke to a year later that i could have processed his medication on the 'not medical aid' from the beginning. she told me the amount issued quarterly is R620 at the time and i figured it was okay because i would put in the rest. Happily i then went to the family vet and processed for his meds- the claim was approved. A few days later he developed a allergy and i took him to the vet, processed under vet visit as i was instructed to do so by the consultant i spoke to just before. This month i processed his meds again after confirming with a consultant and the claim was rejected saying that this item now is considered a supplement!!!!!!!!!! so not only is in not a quarterly allowance but the medication that my dog has to take everyday- two when its cold outside. and then the funny part is the consultant that is dealing with me now accepts that it can be used as acute medication but not in "most instances" so honestly??

really not happy dog owner
