OnePlan Pet Insurance - HIGHLY Recommended
I would like to say how incredibly impressed I am with OnePlan Pet Insurance.
Our doggie had to be admitted into hospital on Sunday, 18 Feb 2024 and spent 2 nights & 3 days in the hospital.
Upon admission, our vet provided the relevant information, which was submitted to OnePlan for pre-authorisation on Monday the 19th of Feb.
Our Claims Consultant, Robyn Kotze, was amazing - she processed everything without delay, pending the final invoice & proof of payment. No fuss, no hassle!
Our doggie came home last night and I submitted all the outstanding documentation at 08:56 this morning (21 Feb 2024), by 11:23 our claim had been processed and was pending payment.
By 15:36, payment was already in my account.
I am truly blown away by the efficiency and true care that OnePlan show to their customers.
