Oneplan pet insurance - Heather Webster
I am writing a review with regards to the Oneplan pet insurance claims department. My dog recently underwent three surgical procedures (castration, cyst removal, and dental) under a single anaesthetic. I was assisted by Heather Webster (Claims Consultant) who was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with her and my experience with the claim was pleasant.
